# 28. Monsterbator: Precious Rhino

I read a review today for this album that said it best  “[Monsterbator‘s] collective effect is comparable to being ferociously bludgeoned by a nine foot axe murderer.”

Monsterbator is a departure to what I typically listen to, but like my picky 8 year old self who only eats pizza pockets, eventually you gotta try seafood, and the seafood that is Monsterbator looks like this. This is a noisy screamfest of experimental, chaotic, post-everything music. These guys are extremely talented and I look forward to drunkenly stumbling into one of my favourite bars in St. John’s and watching them tear the place apart. Give this album a listen.

Highlights:  “Drinking For Two”  “How to Get a Body to Bleed
